You use seal wax (the traditional way) or hot-melt glue for this. The tone is very rich and suited for all styles of music, from jazz to classical. I play clarinet in a symphony orchestra and I already have a very good instrument. Don't mess with the piccolo player or you may find yourself deaf in under two minutes.
